Required jobs:
1- Senior Architect (Life Safety), with the following conditions:
Obtain a bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, design, or similar.
Obtaining a first class UPDA certificate.
Previous experience working as an architect.
Proficiency in interpersonal skills.
In-depth understanding of CAD and AutoCAD software.
2- Senior Mechanical Engineer, with the following conditions:
Obtain a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
Excellent interpersonal skills and self-confidence.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
3- The contract manager, under the following conditions:
Knowledge of post-contract activities, contract correspondence, billing, variations, EEO, and claims.
Proficiency in preparing and reviewing the contract document and advising management on appropriate amendments.
Preparing and reviewing payment certificates, TOC and performance certificate.
4- Sales Executive, with the following conditions:
Obtain a bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or any other related field.
At least 5 years of experience in real estate sales or management.
