Receptionist duties
Carrying out customer reception and implementation services, responding to their inquiries, guiding them, reviewing their requests, and maintaining the confidentiality of their information.
Receiving visitors and visitors to the entity and applying the standards for the reception process.
Providing auditors with the necessary information and familiarizing them with the services and their requirements. Responding to customer inquiries.
Supervising, coordinating and providing guest services at the reception desk, including reservation, check-in and check-out.
