Receptionist with call center
Responsibilities
Carrying out customer reception and implementation services, responding to their inquiries, guiding them, reviewing their requests, and maintaining the confidentiality of their information. Receiving visitors and visitors to the entity and applying the standards for the reception process. Providing auditors with the necessary information and familiarizing them with the services and their requirements. Responding to customer inquiries.
- Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
- Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
- Receiving and sorting daily mail
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as a Call Center agent, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
- High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
