We are looking for a reliable Driver Technician who will be responsible for transporting personnel, goods, delivering fitness equipment to customers and providing on-site technical support. The role requires a combination of driving proficiency, technical expertise, and excellent customer service skills.
Driver duties and responsibilities
Drivers are responsible for delivering customers or goods to the agreed upon location and at the specified time. They are responsible for many tasks that must be carried out to the fullest extent to succeed in this profession, the most prominent of which are the following:
Driving customers on a daily basis to their desired destinations.
Transport goods safely from one place to another and unload them.
Maintaining the cleanliness of the car.
Use maps and apps that determine the best routes he can take to avoid heavy traffic.
Qualifications:
· Valid Qatar ID – Working Visa Transferable
· Valid Qatar driver’s license
· At least 5 years’ experience as a Driver Technician (preferably in the same field as ours)
· Technical skills related to fitness equipment setup and installation.
· Strong communication and customer service skills.
· Physical capability to lift and move heavy items.
· Attention to detail in all aspects of the job.
Responsibilities:
1. Driving and Delivery:
· Safely drive company vehicles for deliveries and pickups.
· Ensure timely and safe delivery of products.
2. On-Site Technical Support:
· Provide on-site technical assistance for delivered fitness equipment.
· Set up and install equipment, ensuring proper functionality.
3. Customer Interaction:
· Interact professionally with customers during deliveries.
· Address customer inquiries, provide usage instructions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
· Have a good understanding of the products we offer.
4. Documentation:
· Submit physical invoices and delivery notes to the client, ensuring that all documents include the client’s signature and stamp.
· Submit all relevant documents directly to the office in charge.
5. Communication:
· Coordinate delivery schedules and any issues with the store-in charge and customers
6. Equipment Maintenance:
· Perform routine checks on company vehicles.
· Report and coordinate repairs.
7. Adherence to Policies:
· Follow company policies and safety guidelines.
