1- The project supervisor is the first responsible for site security. He must cover all required sites with qualified security men, ensure that their sites are received on time, and record the presence and absence of patrols and continuous presence in the project.
Communicate with police, first aid, and fire departments in emergency situations. Maintaining order within the work site. Conducting patrols inside the workplace or around the site, securing all property entrances and exits, including doors and outlets, and arresting any intruder. Respond to alerts as quickly as possible and make the right decisions at the right time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing and developing security training programs and materials.
- Lead, train, and manage a team of security guards.
- Keep good records of training activities, attendance, and performance. Assist in making and improving training manuals, presentations, and other training materials.
- Stay informed about security regulations, best practices, and industry standards. Ensure that training programs are aligned with legal requirements and industry guidelines.
- Promote security awareness among all staff members and encourage a culture of security vigilance.
- Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback.
- Support in organizing and conducting drills and exercises related to emergency response and crisis management.
- Familiarize trainees with security technology and tools, such as access control systems and surveillance equipment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in security management, criminal justice, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in the Arabic language is a preferred skill.
- Security certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP, or equivalent) are a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using training software and tools.
- Knowledge of security best practices and industry standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
