A sales representative is a person who sells products or services to customers, whether the customers are ordinary people or other companies. The accountant’s work: Enters all information about exchange orders, invoices, vouchers receivable, and settlements into the general journal of the various accounts. Matches the balances and totals of various accounts with the balances and totals recorded in the general journal. An integrated copy of all accounting reports is maintained in the required and organized manner because it is considered an alternative to manual records.
