QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3 years of Customer Service or Service Desk Experience.
- Experience in delivery of customer service.
- Experience in the scheduling of work.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
- Bilingual language (written and verbal) in Arabic and Englisj.
- PC and Keyboard
- Telephony
- Advance Excel Skills.
- The candidate should be present in Qatar with valid QID
