Required jobs:
1- Account manager (Arabic speaker), with the following conditions:
Obtain a bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, or equivalent.
Provides 3-5 years of account management/sales experience in IT services.
Technical proficiency (understanding of software, hardware, networking, etc.).
Good business, sales and marketing skills, and problem-solving ability.
Good negotiation skills and customer service skills.
Proficient in both Arabic and English.
- Project Manager, under the following conditions:
Obtain a bachelor’s degree in a computer, mathematics, or engineering related discipline.
Obtain PMP certification.
Experience in IT service management.
Excellent experience in SDLC, Agile, SCRUM and SDLC/Waterfall methodologies.
