- Job Title: Chat Support Agent
- Experience: 1-2 years
- Working Hours: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM (Sunday Off)
- Location: Doha
- Must be locally available with valid QID and NOC
We’re looking for a Chat Support Agent to join our team! If you have 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service, outstanding English language proficiency, and can type with lightning speed, we want to hear from you. Must be locally available with valid QID and NOC
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support via chat
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in written communication
- Demonstrate a strong command of the English language
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer cases
- Adapt to a flexible work schedule from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years of proven customer support experience
- Excellent writing skills
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Proficiency in the English language
- Availability to join us immediately
- Must be locally available with valid QID and NOC
