Job Title: Front Desk Supervisor

Location: Royal Heaven Hotel, Doha

Salary: Starting at 2,500 QAR per month (Salary negotiable based on experience and performance)

Accommodation: Company-provided

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at [Royal Heaven Hotel]. As a key member of our hospitality management team, the Front Desk Supervisor will be responsible for the efficient operation and management of the front desk area and integrate with the inner staffs to make sure a smooth and satisfying customer service of the hotel , ensuring exceptional guest service and satisfaction. Arabic nationals with a background in the hospitality industry are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Lead and supervise the front desk staff, ensuring they provide outstanding guest service, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment. Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure a smooth run of the hotel in terms of customer servic

Guest Relations: Greet, assist, and resolve inquiries or issues for guests, ensuring their stay is enjoyable and problem-free.

Check-In and Check-Out: Oversee guest check-in and check-out processes, handling reservations, room assignments, and ensuring accurate billing.

Training: Conduct training sessions for front desk and back end staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in hotel operations and customer service.

Shift Management: Responsible for the front desk’s daily operations during your 10-hour shifts, including managing the shift schedule.

Quality Control: Ensure the quality and cleanliness of the lobby and reception area, Hotel rooms and other areas of the property, maintaining a professional appearance.

Communication: Effectively communicate with other hotel departments to coordinate services and address guest needs.

Problem Resolution: Handle guest complaints and issues with professionalism and efficiency, finding solutions and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Financial Responsibility: Assist in managing financial transactions, ensuring the accuracy of billing and handling cash or credit card payments. Making a proper feasible business plan to ensure a proper bi weekly income of the hotel. Budgeting expenses required to run the hotel.

Requirements:

  • Arabic nationality.
  • Proven experience in the hospitality industry, with a minimum of [2] years of front desk or guest service experience. Must have experience in working in hotel.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software
  • A commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Flexibility to work during as per the hotel’s schedule.
