Duties and responsibilities of the human resources manager


Preparing budgets
Disbursement of salaries
Preparing and submitting reports
Signing employee vacations
Providing administrative services to the fullest extent
Evaluate weak points and work to fix them
Managing development and change in the organization
Evaluating employees’ performance with the aim of motivating and encouraging them to develop and improve performance
