Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified Female Security Guard to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in security roles and must be locally available in Qatar with a valid NOC and QID. Strong communication skills in English are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and authorize the entry and exit of individuals and vehicles.
- Conduct regular security patrols and report any suspicious activities or incidents.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff and visitors.
- Respond to emergencies, such as alarms, incidents, and medical situations.
- Write detailed reports on security-related incidents.
- Ensure compliance with security procedures and regulations.
- Strong observation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations.
- Physical fitness and stamina for prolonged periods of standing and patrolling.
