Driver duties and responsibilities
Drivers are responsible for delivering customers or goods to the agreed upon location and at the specified time. They are responsible for many tasks that must be carried out to the fullest extent to succeed in this profession, the most prominent of which are the following:
Driving customers on a daily basis to their desired destinations.
Transport goods safely from one place to another and unload them.
Maintaining the cleanliness of the car.
Use maps and apps that determine the best routes he can take to avoid heavy traffic.
Selecting clients from the place and time they specify.
Assist customers in loading and unloading their luggage.
Regular vehicle maintenance.
Constantly checking traffic movements and weather conditions to know the road conditions.
Ensure that car seats are clean and comfortable for all customers.
Booking services for washing and cleaning the car to maintain its internal and external cleanliness.
Maintain safe driving practices at all times and in all circumstances.
Turn on your headlights and use turn signals and stop signs while driving.
Scheduling appointments for passenger transportation.
Periodic inspection of the car and treatment of any problems.
Follow traffic laws and do not violate them.
Ensure there is sufficient fuel in the tank at all times.
Gain the customer’s trust and deal with him in a decent manner.
An Arab driver is required to work for a Qatari family. He has a university qualification + one year or more. He resides in Qatar + can transport + you have a Qatari driver’s license + a non-smoker + the condition is that he is married. The salary is 1700 riyals in addition to housing and food.
