Restaurant waiter duties
Greet customers and take them to their seats.
Listening to and writing commands.
Carry food and drinks to customers.
Save the menu and special food items for the day.
Check in with customers to see if they need anything.
Cleaning tables after customers leave.
Clean up spills and broken dishes and glassware.
Make sure there are enough supplies.

- Taking orders while paying attention to details (e.g. preferences of coffee blend, dairy and sugar ratios)
- Demonstrate impeccable composure and ability to thrive in ambiguous situations. Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events.
- Provides quality beverages,food products and Merchandise consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards of Earth Organic Coffee.
- Serve beverages and food in the menu list of Earth Organic Coffee.
- Packing the food and drinks for take away orders.
- Delivers exceptional customer service to all customers
- Responsible for total service, including table service
- Comply with health and safety regulations
- Contributes to positive team environment
- Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items
- Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Comply confidentiality policy of Earth Organic Coffee.
