We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Storekeeper. The Storekeeper will play a crucial role in maintaining an organized and efficient inventory system, ensuring the smooth functioning of our production and distribution processes.

Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock deliveries.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Implement proper storage techniques to preserve the quality and freshness of products.
- Conduct regular stock checks to identify discrepancies and take corrective actions.
Product Arrangement:
- Arrange and organize products in the store for easy access and retrieval.
- Implement a systematic approach to categorize and label items for efficient tracking.
- Ensure compliance with FIFO (First In, First Out) method to minimize product expiration.
Data Entry and Reporting:
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to maintain accurate records of stock levels and transactions.
- Generate regular reports on inventory status, highlighting areas of concern or improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide necessary data for forecasting and planning.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Work closely with the procurement team to coordinate stock replenishment and ordering.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
- Communicate effectively with team members to address any inventory-related issues promptly.
Quality Control:
- Monitor product quality and report any discrepancies or issues.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to implement and maintain high standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food or beverage industry.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data entry and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus.
