Tamdeen Group in the State of Kuwait announced the launch of vacant positions in the areas of customer service and mall supervision, and here are the details.

Required jobs:
1- Customer service representative, under the following conditions:

Obtaining a high school diploma, preferably a bachelor’s degree.
At least two years of experience in customer service in the hospitality sector.
Strong communication skills and fluency in English and Arabic.
The candidate must be willing to work in Al Khairan.

Duties and responsibilities of a customer service employee

Customer service employees are responsible for representing the company and its brand and converting potential audiences into permanent customers. The most prominent tasks required by the job are the following:

Resolve individual customer issues, uncover improvements, and troubleshoot and report customer experience vulnerabilities.
Answering questions or inquiries that the customer needs to know.
Providing high-quality service that meets all customer needs and enhances their level of satisfaction.
Research and view the latest information and products of the company and review the company’s policy from time to time.
Evaluating the customer experience, writing notes, and sending reports to management periodically.


2- Mushrif Mall, subject to the following conditions:

Provides a minimum of 5 years of experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role in guest service or hospitality related industries.
Knowledge in Microsoft Office.
Ability to perform physical activities that include indoor and outdoor work.
The candidate must be willing to work in 360, Al Kout Mall and Al Khiran Mall.
